Hello, I'm Claire and I am the creator of For The Love of Flapjacks. I don't know about you..but I LOVE flapjacks. In my opinion, they are the most versatile, tasty,  energy boosting and under-rated snack of the whole baked goods family. 

I have so enjoyed combining these heavenly flavour combinations with the classic oat-based goody to develop my range of delicious flapjacks. 

Food is a family affair, and family is at the core of this business. Being a mum of two boys certainly keeps me busy, but baking has always offered a calming getaway where creativeness meets precision. This passion goes into every single one of my bakes.
